TEAM WORKSHOPS
Make something together. See your team differently.
Estro designs hands-on workshops that help teams step outside their usual roles, make decisions together and turn collaboration into something visible.
ONE POSSIBLE FORMAT
Team alignment through street art.
Street art is one of the formats we use when a team needs to make values, priorities or a shared direction tangible. Participants work in groups, turn abstract words into visual decisions and bring them together in one collective piece.
The artwork is not decoration. It becomes a surface where people negotiate meaning: what a value means in practice, which symbols represent the team, which decisions need to be shared before the final composition can exist.
No artistic experience is needed. The focus is how a team listens, chooses, contributes and turns collaboration into something visible.
CUSTOMISATION
The format starts from your team.
Some teams want to strengthen collaboration. Others need to open a new phase, work around a shared vision or create energy around a specific company challenge.
We begin with the objective and adapt the brief, prompts, group structure and final outcome around it. Street art can become a way to work on team alignment and company values; when another hands-on language is more appropriate, we design a different workshop around the same intent.
The format works especially well with departments and business units of 80-100 people, and can scale up to 150 participants.

Tailored workshop
