workshop team building unicredit
A corporate workshop for UniCredit involving around 80 people in a collective street art activity. The group painted together, turning individual contributions into a shared work.
Street art was used as a concrete team-building tool: hands, materials, shared space, and a visible trace built by the group.
How do you create collaboration when the group has to produce something together, not only talk about it?
Context
The workshop uses street art as an accessible, immediate, and collective language. The goal is not to teach an artistic technique, but to build the conditions for many people to contribute to a common result.
How it was built
- 01
Definition of a setting able to hold a large group.
- 02
Organization of materials, surfaces, and shared working moments.
- 03
Facilitation of a painting activity where individual contributions enter a collective composition.
- 04
Final restitution through artworks and documentation of the experience.
What came out
- Team building experience
- Collective artwork
- Individual painted contributions
- Workshop setup
- Photo and video documentation
The strength of the format is physical: people, color, surfaces, shared time. The group is not asked to declare collaboration, but to build a visible trace of it.
